Saying thank you to a wonderful girl friend for a great holiday in Turkey last October. How to do this ? An option is to invite for dinner, this time outside the frame of my kitchen at a local restaurant called Casablanca.
I really like the kitchen of Morocco with it´s dishes of tagine, use of cinnamon and the mint tea :-))) My favourite Moroccan restaurant is located in rue Brunel in Paris. The mint tea is just perfect, the balance between mint and sweetness is just right.
