Status on blackberry vinegar with rosemary

Have a look at how the colour in the blackberry vinegar with rosemary has developed within the last week !!! The colour of the plain colourless vinegar has turned into beautiful Bordeaux colour.

This vinegar still have another 3 week to mature with the blackberries, before the berries should be removed and it will be ready for use in my kitchen.
