Ready, steady and go - go with the wheelbarrow with food for tomorrow birthday brunch. Easy and CO2-friendly transport from my kitchen to the location next door.
The menu for the birthday brunch is:
- Various juices collected from my weekly single-box from Årstiderne
- Strawberry and rhubarb compote for the home-made yogurt
- Cheese selection
- Two different pates
- Two different dried sausages - one from my last food shopping in Paris May 2011
- Two different French jams - pink grapefruit and rose
- Pistachio nutella
- Guldbrød med cider/ gold bread with cider from "Hjemmebagt"
- Landbrød med hvedeknæk / land bread with wheat grains from " Hjemmebagt"
- Rye bread
- Tea from Paris
- Plain coffee
- Birthday cake in form of meringue dream with rhubarb foam and fresh berries
