Today I picked up a new cooking book at the post office. The cooking book contains 29 recipes on risottos, which are divided into the four seasons.
I am big fan of risottos. If I find risottos on the menu card, when I am out eating, I will 9 out of 10 times selected it. During the last year I have also started to make risotto at home, as I found it is actual not that difficult to cook. However, I keep making the same 3 recipes over and over again. Two contains mushrooms and the third contains asparagus. So I am eager to get some new inspiration :-))
