In connection with the cheese tapas we were served this very nice tea infusion of fennel, anise and liquorice root. I managed to get a portion of this tea home with me for my own tea cup/pot. This tea need to infuse for 10 minutes before drinking it.
It has such a sweet taste on it's own, that I have no need for adding sugar to the tea. I am normally drinking my tea with sugar in order to boost the flavour.
