Yesterday evening I went through both my weekly vegetable box, the weekly newsletter from Årstiderne and my entire collection of various small paper pieces with different recipes. I made the following menu plan for the week ahead of me:
- The spinach will be used for filo dough with feta and spinach
- Strawberry will be marinated with balsamico Marinated strawberries with balsamico
- The broccoli will be used in a broccoli pie
- Vegetable lasagna with mushrooms and parsley root
- The apple will be turned into Appel muffin with cinnamon and cardamon
So now the shopping list is ready for my trip to the supermarket this evening.
