"Hjemmebagt" - 73 recipes - 7 accomplished = still 66 recipes to bake
This evening I was able to combine an easy evening meal with a small step forward in reaching my goal about baking my way through the bread book "Hjemmebagt", as I accomplished a new recipe in "Hjemmebagt".
First of all I am impressed over the freshness of kokotte bread with fresh ramson, which I baked last Friday, so 4 days ago. The bread just feel like like it was actual baked this afternoon. Impressive !!!
Bruschette with avocado and tomato:
- Slice the needed amount of bread for bruchette. Heat a frying pan with oil and roast the bread slices on both sides.
- Meanwhile mass the avocado, season it with lemon juice, garlic and fresh grounded pepper.
- Slice the tomato and chop a scalot onion very finely
- Spread the avocado on the roasted bread, afterwards add tomato and onion
- Enjoy :-))
